Frequently asked questions.
Where can you fly me?
Anywhere inside the yellow on the map above. That’s Canada and the US, about 2,200 km in every direction from Toronto: Atlantic Canada, Québec, Ontario, west to Winnipeg and Regina, and south through the eastern US to Florida.
Do you fly outside Canada and the US?
No. We don’t fly to the Bahamas, Bermuda, the Caribbean or Mexico. Florida is as far south as we go, and Calgary, Edmonton and Vancouver are too far west for our aircraft.
Does my trip have to start in Toronto?
No. Your trip can start at any airport inside the yellow. Put both places into your estimate and it prices the trip from there.
Can you land closer to where I’m going?
Usually, yes. We use over 1,000 airports, including small regional ones the airlines don’t fly to, so you can often land a short drive from where you’re headed. Type a place into the search at the top of this page to see the airports near it.
Will we need to stop on the way?
Most trips fly straight there. A trip near the edge of the yellow may stop once for fuel, and a trip to the US may stop at an airport with customs if yours doesn’t have it.
One price covers the flight, the car, the rooms and the rounds.
On a NectAir Experience, the flight is one part of it. A car meets the plane, the rounds, rooms and reservations are already made, and one concierge books all of it. We take care of everything.
