What it costs, and what we book.

What do the displayed prices include?
The trip total includes the round-trip private flight and every listed Montréal arrangement. The per-person figure is the selected trip total divided evenly by the group size. Meals are not included unless listed. The final price and availability are confirmed for your dates.
Do I need exact dates before I ask?
No. Tell us which trip interests you and share dates only if you have them. Your concierge can answer questions first, then check the flight, hotel and reservations when you are ready.
How many people can come?
For one to three travellers, the Piper M600/M700 is the right-sized private cabin. For four to six, the Pilatus PC-12 provides the larger cabin and more baggage room. Your concierge confirms the aircraft and hotel setup around your group before you approve the trip.
Can we really do Montréal in a day?
Yes. The Full-Day Montréal plan includes a private Old Montréal tour, lunch reservation, La Grande Roue and an AML Happy Hour Cruise. It is about 75 minutes in the air each way, and private transfers between the airport and Montréal are included.
Where does the flight leave from?
Two or three travellers depart from Oshawa on the Piper M600/M700. Four to six depart from Billy Bishop on the PC-12. Billy Bishop is also available for a smaller group at a higher quoted price. Getting to the departure airport is the one leg you handle yourself. Everything after departure is included: a private car meets the plane in Montréal and brings you back for the flight home.
Can the trips be changed?
Yes. Arthur Majordome adapts the starting plan around your group. Activities can be changed, and shopping, sports, arts, food or private visits can be requested. Every addition depends on availability and final confirmation.

Who flies the plane, and is it safe?
NectAir operates the private flight on the Piper M600/M700 or Pilatus PC-12 under Transport Canada requirements. The final aircraft depends on your group, bags, route and availability.
What if the weather is bad?
You are never pressured into a flight. If weather affects the trip, your concierge explains the available rescheduling or cancellation options under the confirmed trip terms.
