What’s included in the price?
The trip includes the private round-trip flight, private round-trip transportation between Teterboro Airport and Manhattan, Broadway seats for your group, and your dinner reservation. The exact performance and seats remain subject to availability and final confirmation. We book the table, but restaurant spending is paid directly. Your written New York quote will confirm every line and any applicable taxes in CAD before you approve it.
What does the Premium trip add?
The Premium trip includes Premium Orchestra seating for a Broadway matinee, a private meet and greet with a Broadway performer with personal conversation and photographs, a behind-the-scenes Broadway experience, private round-trip transportation between Teterboro Airport and Manhattan, and a post-show dinner reservation at Gabriel Kreuther, Le Bernardin, The Lambs Club or Le Rock. The behind-the-scenes experience may include theatre or backstage access, rehearsal insights, creative-team interaction or other production-specific access. The meet and greet and the behind-the-scenes experience remain subject to artist, theatre and production availability and are confirmed at the time of booking. The car is sized to your group: a Mercedes-Benz E-Class for two, a Cadillac Escalade for three to five, or a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter for six.
Can we really see a show and return the same night?
Yes. Both trips are built around the matinee. Fly out mid-morning, make the two o’clock curtain, sit down to dinner after, and return to the Toronto area that night. Evening-show timing is confirmed around the selected departure airport, customs and the Manhattan transfer.
Where does the flight leave from?
Two or three travellers depart Oshawa on the Piper M600/M700. Four to six depart Billy Bishop on the Pilatus PC-12. Getting to the departure airport is the one leg you handle yourself. The private Sprinter meets the plane at Teterboro and brings you back for the flight home.
How long does it take to get into Manhattan?
Teterboro is a private-aviation airport about 20–30 minutes from Midtown. Private transfers between Teterboro and Manhattan are included both ways.
Can we stay overnight?
Both same-day trips return the same night, so there is no hotel. The multi-day trips add an evening show, a Midtown hotel and more of the city; booking for those opens soon, and the interest list hears first.
How many people can come?
Choose two through six in the group-pricing control. Two or three travel on the Piper M600/M700; four to six use the Pilatus PC-12. The final aircraft depends on the group, luggage, route and availability.
When can we go?
The trips are offered in August, September and October, outside the holiday weeks. The Broadway Premium Same-Day Trip runs Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays, following the selected show’s performance schedule. Share exact dates or a flexible window. What happens at the border?
You clear US customs after landing at Teterboro. Before departure, NectAir confirms the required travel documents and the return process for the group.
Who operates the flight?
NectAir operates the private flight on the Piper M600/M700 or Pilatus PC-12 under the Canadian and US requirements that apply to the route.
