FAQThe practical answers, before you request.
$1,500 CAD per seat round trip on the shared PC-12. Tax is added at confirmation: the Toronto–Appleton crossing is cross-border, so it’s 5% GST — which brings a round-trip seat to $1,575 all-in. You’ll see the full total before anything is confirmed, and there’s nothing to pay online.
You don’t, not here. Request your seats and a NectAir concierge calls to confirm the details and arrange payment directly, usually by e-transfer or card. Your seats are held in the meantime.
It’s a shared charter. You’re booking seats on a private PC-12 alongside a few other travelers headed to AirVenture. If you’d rather have the whole aircraft to your group, just tell your concierge. We can arrange that too.
Plan on one carry-on per guest as a comfortable baseline. If you’re bringing more, or anything oversized like camera gear or a folding bike, just flag it when you reserve and your concierge will confirm the fit.
You fly into Appleton, Wisconsin (Appleton International, KATW), the calm, practical gateway to AirVenture while Oshkosh’s own field runs at full tilt during the event. A private car is included both ways; it’s about 30 minutes from Appleton to the showgrounds.
Most guests do it as a same-day return — wheels up from Billy Bishop around 7:30 AM, the full day on the Oshkosh grounds, and home that night. Want to make more of it? Choose “stay longer” when you request and your concierge arranges your return flight for whenever suits.
Up to you — options run from camping right on the grounds to hotels around Oshkosh and Appleton. Tell your concierge what you’re after and they’ll point you to the best fit. AirVenture is the busiest week of flying in the world, so we can’t guarantee accommodation — the earlier you ask, the better your options.
Yes. Your concierge handles any change or cancellation directly, so you’re talking to a person, not a form. Reach out as early as you can and they’ll sort the options with you.
No seat-by-seat selection. The cabin is open club seating and there isn’t a bad seat in it. Tell your concierge if you have a preference (a particular travel companion, a forward seat) and they’ll do their best on the day.
Admission to EAA AirVenture isn’t included in the seat price — buy your tickets at EAA.org. Your concierge can point you to the right tickets and timing so your flights and your days on the grounds line up.
No — EAA AirVenture doesn’t allow pets on the AirVenture grounds (service animals are the exception), so we can’t fly dogs in for the event. Travelling with a service animal? Tell your concierge and they’ll sort the details.
Not now. To reserve, we just need who’s booking and how many seats. Names, passports, and weights for customs come later, once your flight is set; your concierge walks you through it.

Shared charter operated by NectAir. Seats sold per guest on a shared aircraft; published schedule may be adjusted to confirm a flight. Prices in CAD, plus 5% GST; ground transfer included; EAA AirVenture admission not included. Reservations confirmed by a NectAir concierge; no payment is taken online. Full terms provided at confirmation.
